$199 LG Optimus G Will Hit AT&T Shelves November 2, Pre-Orders Start October 16

AT&T has just announced that it's version of the LG Optimus G will be available starting November 2. But for those who need no physical introduction to make purchasing decisions, pre-orders begin tomorrow. The phone will cost $199.99 on-contract.
