Food/drink for long online sessions

Hi guys,

This is kind of a spin-off thread from the 15-hour challenge I posted the other day.

What do people think are the best food and drink for long online sessions?

I've read a bit about 'brain food' and it seems like oily fish, nuts, tomatoes, berry fruits and wholegrain are a good shout.

What do you all eat/drink for long sessions?

This might help to inform my shopping list for the 15-hour challenge :-)
