Debbie Liebling, Universal?s president of production, is exiting the studio after just 18 months in that role.

Universal chairman?Adam Fogelson?and co-chairman?Donna Langley?are promoting?Peter Cramer?and?Jeffrey Kirshenbaum?to co-presidents of production, to replace her. ? Cramer currently serves as senior exec vp, production, while Kirshenbaum is exec vp, production. ? Fogelson and Langley described the movie as a restructuring, saying, ?Over the past 18 months, as we refined our process, it became clear that a different structure would better suit our needs going forward. The new structure will have a smaller executive team with broader responsibilities. Debbie has been a good leader and strong contributor through this transition period and we wish her well in her new endeavors.? ? Before joining Uni, Liebling served as executive vp of production at Fox. ? Universal has had a dry streak at the box office, which has just begun to break with the success of the animated/live action movie Hop and this past?s weekend?s number one opener Fast Five.
